1. What Amyth is
Amyth is software infrastructure for autonomous trading on Solana. We operate two related services:
- Vault execution: a Solana program (and supporting off-chain code) that lets you create a non-custodial vault and run a trading strategy against it via Jupiter Perpetuals.
- Strategy marketplace: a directory where users can publish their vault as a "strategy" and route signals to other users who subscribe. Subscribers pay creators directly in USDC.
Funds in your vault are controlled by your wallet. Amyth never takes custody of user funds. Subscriptions route signals; they do not transfer trading authority over anyone's capital.
2. What Amyth is not
We want to be clear about this:
- We are not a broker or dealer. We do not execute trades on your behalf. Your wallet executes trades against your vault using a Solana program.
- We are not an investment advisor. We do not recommend strategies, predict returns, or provide financial advice. The marketplace ranks strategies algorithmically based on transparent metrics.
- We are not a custodian. Funds remain in your vault at all times. We cannot move your funds.
- We are not a guarantor. We do not guarantee returns, uptime, or that any specific strategy will continue to work.
3. Eligibility
You may use Amyth if:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are legally allowed to trade perpetual futures on cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction.
- You are not on a sanctions list maintained by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other relevant authority.
- You are not located in a country where access to Amyth would violate applicable law.
It is your responsibility to know whether using Amyth is legal where you are. We make the software available; we do not vet which jurisdictions are appropriate for your use.
4. Your wallet, your responsibility
When you connect a Solana wallet to Amyth, you are responsible for keeping your private keys safe. We cannot recover them, reset them, or access your wallet for you.
If your private keys are compromised, anyone with them can drain your vault. We strongly recommend hardware wallets for any vault holding meaningful capital.
5. The marketplace
If you subscribe to a strategy
- You are paying the strategy creator (70%) and Amyth (30%) in USDC.
- Once you subscribe and select an execution vault, signals from that strategy will route to your vault and execute trades automatically.
- You can pause or unsubscribe at any time. You can flatten your positions manually at any time.
- If a strategy goes silent (no signals for 7 days), it is auto-delisted and you should flatten manually. We notify you when this happens.
- Subscription expiry stops signal routing but does not flatten your positions. Those remain open until you close them.
If you publish a strategy
- You agree to the separate Creator Agreement.
- You receive 70% of subscription payments directly to your wallet, in the same on-chain transaction as the subscriber pays.
- You are responsible for the quality and continuity of your strategy. If you go silent, your subscribers may lose money on positions left unattended.
- You agree to display a working Telegram contact so subscribers can reach you.
6. Fees
Amyth charges fees in two places:
- Subscription split (30%): when a subscriber pays a creator, the payment transaction includes two USDC transfers: 70% to the creator's wallet, 30% to Amyth's treasury. This happens atomically on-chain in a single transaction.
- Platform tier (Pro / Power): users may purchase a monthly platform tier to access more vaults, more strategies, or additional features. Pricing is shown in the UI.
We do not currently charge a performance fee. The infrastructure for weekly high-water-mark performance fees is built but inactive. If we activate performance fees in the future, we will notify users and the rate will be set publicly. The first 90 days of the marketplace operate at 0% performance fee.
Solana network fees (transaction fees, account rent) are paid by the wallet that signs the transaction. We do not collect these.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Amyth to:
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated price action.
- Publish strategies that you know to be designed to harm subscribers (rug-strategies).
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to access another user's wallet, vault, or subscription data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service in ways that affect availability for others.
- Violate any law applicable to your activity.
We reserve the right to delist any strategy and revoke marketplace access for users who violate these terms. We cannot take your funds . They remain in your vault, but we can remove your access to our services.
8. Disclaimers
Amyth is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The marketplace metrics are accurate at all times (we cache and recompute periodically; values may be stale by minutes).
- Strategies that have performed well in the past will continue to perform well.
- Any specific signal will execute successfully. Solana network conditions can cause failures, and your vault may have insufficient capital, slippage protection limits, or other constraints that prevent execution.
Trading perpetual futures with leverage carries significant risk of loss, including loss exceeding your initial collateral. You may lose all of the funds you allocate to a vault.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amyth and its operators are not liable for:
- Trading losses, whether from your own strategies or strategies you subscribe to.
- Losses caused by smart contract bugs, network outages, or third-party services (Solana, Jupiter, Helius, wallet providers).
- Losses caused by another user (a strategy creator who goes silent, publishes a bad strategy, or acts maliciously).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the total fees you have paid Amyth in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Amyth and its operators against claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or , if you are a creator, from losses caused to your subscribers by your strategy.
11. Dispute resolution
We'll try to resolve disputes informally. Reach out to us at the contact below first. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved in courts located in the United States, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
12. Termination
You may stop using Amyth at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide access would expose us to legal risk.
If we terminate your access, your wallet still controls your vault. We cannot prevent you from interacting directly with the Solana program. We can prevent you from using the Amyth web interface.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll show the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be announced. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
Questions, disputes, or legal notices: contact the team through the Telegram or X (Twitter) accounts linked in the site footer. We will publish a formal contact email once we have a registered entity.
